The Tyremil process produces commodity grade Carbon Black from end-of-life tyres. 35% of a tyre turns to Carbon Black.
Carbon Black is integral to tyre manufacture and we are the first company to effectively extract premium quality Carbon Black from tyres. Previously, tyre recyclers could only shred tyres to create tyre crumb.
The Carbon Black produced from recycled tyres will be available for sale to tyre manufacturers that have a high demand for carbon black and would benefit from a lower cost supplier.
